The Ai-Misen sake is produced in Chugoku Jozo distillery in Japan. The distillery distills besides sake and fruit liqueur also shochu and whisky.

Tasting notes:

Color: Clear.
Nose: Fresh and soft aromas, fruit, exotic fruit, pineapple.
Taste: Silky and intense notes, slightly acidic fruits, cereals.
Finish: Long lasting, creamy, exotic fruit.

Serve the Ai-misen sake cold between 5-7°C and drink it with grilled fish.
