It specializes in the production of artisanal spirits that uphold the traditions of the Mayan culture.
Casa D'Aristi products are made from 100% natural and regional quality products. The production process takes place mainly in a historic hacienda and is done by hand.
"Creeper growing on the rock" or "splendor of the morning" means the word Xtabentún. Already in former times the rum refined with honey was produced by the Mayas.
The intoxicating sensation of the Xtabentún flower is caused by the psychotropic substances in the seed, which can lead to euphoria and drowsiness.
With its anise flavor, the liqueur makes a great contrast to the well-seasoned cuisine from Yucatán, making it the perfect aperitif.
