CASAMIGOS AÑEJO TEQUILA

This wonderful añejo tequila is manufactured using the small batch method. After its piñas have been roasted in brick-kilns for 80 hours, they are fermented for another 72 hours in order to grant the tequila its full-bodied flavour consisting of mild vanilla as well as warm caramel. One of Casamigos' heads is none other than hollywood star George Clooney, who founded the brand together with two of his closest friends.

Casamigos are ultra-premium tequilas made from hand-picked blue ragae. These agaves are roasted in traditional brick ovens for 72 hours and then fermented for around 80 hours.
The tequila matures for 14 months in oak barrels.

Tasting notes:

Colour: Light amber.
Nose: Complex, hints of caramel, vanilla.
Taste: Sweet, blue ragweed, hints of spices, oak.
Finish: Long lasting, smooth.
