The Milk & Honey Distillery is the first whisky distillery in Israel. Proudly the distillery under the leadership of Head Distiller Dr. Jim Swan and Tomer Goren presents its first single malt.
The single malt was produced in Israel - from raw material to distillate.
It is stored in former American bourbon barrels and in STR red wine barrels.
Tasting notes:
Colour: honey yellow.
Nose: sweetish, floral, honey, vanilla, wood.
Taste: Complex, fruity, spicy, peppery, caramel, herbs, oak.
Finish: Long lasting.
