The wine releases a variety of aromas, from blackberries, plums, orange zest, tobacco and raspberries to cinnamon, pepper and cloves. Long lasting with fine tannins on the finish. Grape varieties: 80% Merlot, 20% Blaufränkisch. Aging: 24 months aging in new barriques. Soil: Sandy loamy soils with calcareous subsoil. Residual sugar: 1,0 g/l. Acidity: 5,5 g/l. Drinking temperature: 16-18 °C - carafe recommended. Storage potential: Until 2034. This wine is excellent with game, lamb, as well as with strong meat dishes.
