The Savanna distillery is located at the foot of the Piton de la Fournais volcano, on the shores of the Indian Ocean. Already since the 19th century, rum is produced there by hand from sugar cane juice and molasses. The Savanna LE MUST Traditionnel Reunion Island Rum matures for up to 9 years in French oak cognac barrels. Tasting notes:Color: Light amber. Nose: Fruity, notes of candy, bananas, pears, white peaches, honey, dried fruit, raisins, dates, apricots, bread, butter.
