The entire range of The Irishman brand is produced at the Walsh Whiskey Distillery. The family business was founded in 1999 by Bernard and Rosemary Walsh. With a background of time-honored recipes from Ireland's whiskey distilling era, they strive to revive recognition of these Irish whiskeys. Each bottle of the brand is numbered, marked with the year of bottling, as well as adorned with the signature of Bernard Walsh. This single malt was distilled three times. It was then stored in bourbon and oloroso sherry casks for over 10 years. Tasting notes:Color: Amber. Nose: Soft, honey, malt aromas. Taste: Aromas of candied fruit, ripe figs, vanilla. Finish: Long lasting.
