From the citrus-fresh Speyside region, on to the smoky nutty Orkney or the rich and peaty Islay. The Orkney Islands, where myths and legends live. One of these legends is about 'The Dancing Giants of Brodgar'; 27 upright stones, arranged in a circle between two lakes. It is said that one night fearsome giants crossed the dam and danced all night. They forgot about the coming dawn, which turned everyone to stone with the first rays of the sun. The A.D.
