The Aberlour 12 Years Old Double Cask Matured for at least 12 years in two types of casks - ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks. Only shortly before bottling, the contents of the two different types of cask are combined.Tasting notes:Colour: Amber with red accents. Nose: fruity, honey, grapes, nuts, almond cake, créme brûlée, notes of malt and wood, hints of spices. Taste: Fruity, sweet, spicy, cereal, notes of wood. Finish: Long lasting.
