The Aberlour 14 Years Old DOUBLE CASK MATURED Speyside Single Malt matures for 14 years in two types of casks - namely in ordinary American bourbon casks, as well as in Spanish sherry casks. Only shortly before bottling the contents of the two different types of barrels are combined. Tasting notes:Colour: Amber. Nose: Round, harmonious, notes of vanilla, bourbon, juicy cherries, honey, milk chocolate. Taste: Soft, notes of caramel, ripe berries, apples, ginger. Finish: Long lasting, sweet.
