The Aberlour CASG ANNAMH has its name from the Gaelic, Cask annamah means "rare cask" and is made from a limited number of carefully selected casks. The maturation takes place in ex-Oloroso European oak sherry casks, an age statement is not available. The whisky is not cold-filtered and bottled without colorant. A decidedly rich single malt, for adventurous malt lovers:inside who are looking for the ideal introduction to the world of whiskies matured in sherry casks. Tasting notes:Color: amber. Nose: Fruity, slight spiciness, complex, raisins, oranges, cherries, hints of ginger. Taste: Sweet, intense, fruit, licorice, ripe peaches, notes of cloves, ginger.
