The wines of Adam-Lieleg are positively influenced by the microclimate and the mineral soil structure. The grapes are handpicked and come from Hanglange. Tasting notes:Light yellow to light straw yellow. Elegant and strong bouquet, fine almond scent, dried fruits like figs and raisins. At the palate balanced structure with pithy acidity. The finish is delicately salty, spicy and long lasting. Grape variety: Pinot Gris. Acidity: 5,5 g/l. Closure: screw cap. Drinking temperature: 9°C. Storage potential: 5-7 years. This wine is excellent with curry dishes, grilled prawns, roast veal and hearty ragout dishes.
