This still was made by the distillery itself to exploit the potential of the Da Ponte method and to preserve the varietal aromas of the grapes. Tasting notes:Colour: Clear. Nose: White flowers, tropical notes. Taste: Soft, fruity. Finish: Long lasting. Serving temperature: 9-12°C Enjoy the grappa neat or with a dessert.
