The rum is produced in the traditionally elaborate pot-still process in own production. This Appleton Estate 21 Years Old Jamaica Rum comes from the Nassau Valley. It is aged for a minimum of 21 years. It is a blend of matured and noble rums. Tasting notes:Colour: Copper. Nose: Strong, delicate, notes of vanilla, orange peel.
