The 25-year-old Balblair is produced in the Highlands in the Balblair Distillery. It is aged in former American oak bourbon barrels and for some time in Spanish oak barrels. It is bottled without colorants and without cold filtration.Tasting notes:Colour: Amber with copper. Nose: apricots, oak wood, saddle wax. Taste: Full-bodied, fresh, oily, citrus, chocolate pralines, tobacco. Finish: Long lasting, soft, chocolate, blood oranges.
