Bollinger Special Cuvée is a very special cuvée of the renowned champagne house Bollinger.
It consists of Pinot Noir (60%), Chardonnay (25%) and Pinot Meunier (15%) grapes of the last harvest and about 80% of Grand- and Premier Crues. The ageing is a cellar ageing, which is done by an ancient method of the house of Bollinger. Some of the wines were aged in magnums for 5 to 15 years.
Due to the 40th anniversary of Champagne Bollinger and James Bond, this Limited Edition was developed. The elegant gift packaging is provided with motives of the secret agent.
Grape varieties: 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, 15% Meunier.
Residual sugar: 7-8g/l.
Serving temperature: 10-12°C.
Enjoy the Special Cuvée with fish, sushi, seafood, poultry, white meat or raw ham.

Tasting notes:
Golden yellow in the glass. In the nose delicate aromas of pears, brioche, spices and fresh walnuts. At the palate elegant and dry with various fruit flavours. Long lasting in the finish.Grape varieties: 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, 15% Meunier.
