The Botran Ron Añejo 12 Sistema Solera is a blend of rums that have been matured for at least 12 years and fermented from sugar cane syrup. This rum from Guatemala is distilled according to the Solera system. The maturation takes place in American white oak barrels, which used to contain whisky or old sherry.Tasting notes:Colour: mahogany with golden reflections. Nose: intense, notes of vanilla, dried fruit, toasted cocoa, oak. Taste: Explosive, balanced, fruity, apricot, dried figs, almonds, walnuts, hints of roasted wood. Finish: Long lasting.
