The Bumbu XO comes from Panama and is distilled there exclusively from locally grown sugar cane and pure spring water. The 18-year aging process takes place in ex-Bourbon barrels, with a finish in ex-Sherry barrels.Tasting notes:Colour: Amber. Nose: notes of toffee, toasted oak, vanilla.
