The Bumbu XO comes from Panama and is distilled there exclusively from locally grown sugar cane and pure spring water.
The 18 years long maturation takes place in ex-bourbon barrels, a finish takes place in ex-sherry barrels.
Nose: notes of toffee, toasted oak, vanilla.
Taste: orange zest, peppery spices, touch of coffee.
Finish: Long lasting.
