This whiskey receives its finish in Octave casks, which are previously occupied with Pedro Ximénez sherry. The whiskey is bottled without cold filtration and without additional colorants. Tasting notes:Color: Amber. Nose: Fruity, sweet, notes of milk chocolate, raisins, raspberries, balsamic. Taste: Rich, notes of chocolate, raspberries, balsamic, honey, macadamia nuts. Finish: Long lasting, toffee, cinnamon.
