Domenico Dal Cero founded the Cà dei Frati winery in 1939, which is still a family business today. The total annual production is about 400,000 bottles. Only 30% of production is exported abroad.Tasting notes:In the nose tropical fruits, elegant and harmonious with a pleasant minerality. Conspicuously sweet on the palate with a well balanced acidity. Long lasting and fruity finish. Grape varieties: Trebbiano, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc. Ageing: 12 months in stainless steel tanks, 2 months in bottle. Acidity: 6,6 g/l. Soil: Calcareous, clayey. Drinking temperature: 8°C. Closure: Natural cork. Storage potential: 3-4 years. This wine harmonizes very well with well matured cheese and pasta dishes.
