Tasting Features:
Shirvington Cabernet Sauvignon - is an intense purple color. Aromas of toasted oak, vanilla, spices, black currant and blackberry liqueur. This is followed by a vibrant cabernet, slightly dry, with intense aromas of dark fruit, good depth and concentration, and a structure that allows another 8-10 years of maturation in the cellar.

Method of Aging and Production:
Shirvington Cabernet Sauvignon very good harvests and rated 92/100 points on the Parker scale was 100% fermented in barrel and aged 12 months in barrels 75% new oak, 80% American and 20% French oak.
Vineyards:
The vineyard is 50 meters above sea level, 4 km from the sea. It has a Mediterranean climate with maritime impacts - warm summers and moderate winter rainfall. The vineyard lies in an east-west direction, with cabernet sauvignon and mataro planted on it.
Winemaking:
Diana and David Anderson created the wine company in 1972. The first vintage wine production followed in 1991. Over the next ten years, the company became very famous for its unique wine. Robert Parker has proclaimed members of the Anderson family local wine gurus. They produce very little wine.
