Cabrito Reposado is produced according to ancient tradition in a masonry oven and with natural fermentation in steel tanks. Subsequently, the tequila is distilled twice. The tequila is bottled in elegant, lively bottles, which are adorned with a goat's head. This reposado ages for six months in white American oak barrels and is made from 100% agave. The distillation of the tequila is made exclusively from the fermented juice of the agave plant, without the addition of sugar. Tasting notes:Color: Light golden yellow. Nose: Delicate bouquet of apples, bananas, peaches, anise, caramel, honey. Taste: Sweet, soft balance of fermented agave, white oak, vanilla notes, coconut. Finish: Long lasting.
