Camus Cognac Return to Saint-Aulaye is made exclusively from Colombard grapes grown in the village of Saint-Aulaye. The aging takes place in barrels made of wood coming from the local Double forest. Distilled: 2016 This is a limited bottling of 3,000 bottles. Tasting notes:Color: Bright gold. Nose: Fruity, spicy, notes of pears, pineapple, spices. Taste: Creamy, lush, notes of custard, ginger, walnuts. Finish: Long lasting.
