The French family business Camus has been dedicated to cognac production for more than 150 years. It is the fifth largest cognac distillery in France. Ile de Ré is a small island off the coast of the Cognac region. Cognacs from this island are saltier and more maritime than cognacs from the mainland. Camus Ile de Ré Cliffside Cellar matures in wooden barrels in the Fort de la Prée winery about 10m from the coast on the Atlantic Ocean. Tasting notes:Colour: dark amber.
