The grapes of the island used for this camus have a naturally higher iodine content than those harvested on the mainland. The mild climate of the island also has a special influence on the character of the camus.
It is stored in an extremely humid cellar in lightly toasted oak barrels.
Colour: Amber. Nose: Fine, touch of iodine. Taste: Lively, dried fruit, notes of oak, hints of salt. Finish: Long lasting, smooth.
Over ice or chilled, served with fish or seafood, the camus tastes especially good.
