This Cardhu matured twice in toasted American oak barrels. "Cardhu Amber Rock" comes from the Gaelic and means "black rock".Tasting notes:Colour: Amber. Nose: sweet, pear, lychee, white chocolate, almonds, notes of vanilla and marshmallows. Taste: Round, balanced, smooth, vanilla, pear, apple, cream, notes of spices, hints of oak. Finish: Long lasting, spicy, sweet, creamy, cocoa, dark chocolate, notes of citrus fruits.
