Authentic and genuine - Clairin is a Haitian product made from sugar cane juice. Produced in small farms, with handcraft and tradition, Clairin shines with intense notes and genuine aromas. Clairin Vaval is produced in the Arawaks distillery in the southern part of Haiti. Only organically grown sugar cane from the surrounding fields is used for the production. Master distiller Fritz Vaval uses his specially created Colmun Still for the distillation, which gives it fruity notes and complex aromas. Compared to Casimir and Sajous this Clairin is very mild.Tasting notes:Colour: White. Nose: tropical fruits, exotic aromas, esters, ginger, spices.
