The Concha y Toro Casillero del Diablo CHARDONNAY Reserva comes from vineyards located just a few kilometres from the Pacific Ocean. Strong sea breezes and moderate temperatures lead to these remarkable fresh wines. The soils of the Limarí Valley give the Chardonnay an elegant mineral note, while the Casablanca brings fruit aromas like peaches.Tasting notes:Pale greenish yellow with golden accents. Fresh fruity character with aromas of pineapple, peaches and hazelnuts. Excellent balance with lively fresh acidity; medium bodied with notes of pears, white peaches and roasted oak on the finish. Grape varieties: Chardonnay. Aging: French oak barrels. Soil: Alluvial soil. Drinking temperature: 12 - 14°C. Closure: Natural cork. Perfect with tender fish such as grilled sea bass, sole and turbot garnished with capers and creamy herb sauce.
