The best of the Cape combined in one cuvée. A full 10 grape varieties, which are also used on the Rhone, flow into the production of the Palladius. All grapes come from the old Eben Sadie plots - the best properties of each grape variety are clear. The characteristics range from tropical fruits, yellow pear, grapefruit and meadow herbs to mineral background. Stone powder. Hermitage Blanc! The powerful aromas are just as complex as on the nose: ripe oranges, yellow apple fruit. Wonderful acidity and a finale like fireworks: colorful, varied, long on the palate and in the memory. Great fabric!
