The Dictador Icon Reserve with 20 years is also distilled from the fermentation of native "Suger Cane Honey" - the honey-like sugar cane syrup, which is an essence of the fresh sugar cane juice, unlike molasses - partly in copper Alembics and partly in steel tanks. The process used is collone distillation. Thus, a medium rum body is achieved, which is pleasantly aromatic. The maturation takes place in American oak barrels. This is the only way to ensure that all the secrets remain contained in the liquid aroma. By the way, Dictador rum is not sweetened like many other "main-stream rums" are nowadays. Nevertheless, it has a fine natural sweetness, which therefore has a particularly harmonious effect. The 20-year-old Dictator has won great gold in the Catavinum World Wine & Spirits Competition 2016. Tasting notes:Colour: Intense amber.
