A cuvée of grappas from white and red grape varieties. After a careful selection of the proportions of the more suitable grappas to be used, it is aged for 18 months in antique oak barrels.
This type of wood barrels favours, during the extraction of the aromas, the natural action of the oxygen through the staves. This transforms the fresh distillate with many aromatic peaks into a rounded and elegant grappa.
After these 18 months, the distillate is carefully aged in stainless steel tanks for at least another six months. During this process the grappa can "settle" after such an important passage.
