No effort is spared for this internationally renowned grape variety. The fresh marc from the Sauvignon grape comes from selected suppliers. Directly after the harvest it is stored in silos for a few months. Distillation takes place with direct steam in a discontinuous distillation flask with eight copper kettles. The "heart" of the distillate is obtained from the section of the first run (testa) from the second run (coda). It has a perfect and balanced alcohol content of about 75°. The transformation to the final alcohol content (40°) is carried out by dilution with water and cold filtration, at a temperature that guarantees the preservation of the fruity component.Tasting notes:Colour: crystal clear.
