Futura 12, a grappa that looks ahead and at the same time reinterprets the old tradition of Italian eaux-de-vie. The fresh, fermented marcs come from selected suppliers and are stored in silos. Distillation at low temperature allows the extraction of volatile components, preserving the most precious ones. This is followed by a rigorous selection of the "softer" components and a transformation to the final alcohol content at a temperature where the aromatic component is guaranteed to be preserved.Tasting notes:Colour: crystal clear.
