This crystal clear grappa is obtained from the marc of the grapes used to make Prosecco. The fresh pomace from selected suppliers is ensiled separately from the moment the grapes are harvested. The discontinuous distillation is carried out by eight distillation flasks made of copper and direct steam. The processing to the final alcohol content is done by dilution with water and cold filtration, at a temperature that ensures that the fruity components are preserved.Tasting notes:Colour: crystal clear.
