This crystal clear grappa is made from the marc of the Ribolla Gialla vines. The fresh pomace from selected suppliers is ensiled separately from the moment of harvesting. The discontinuous distillation is carried out by eight distillation flasks made of copper and direct steam. In the distillation column, the volatile components, which are present in large quantities in the raw material, are selected from the distillation flask and concentrated and then condensed in the transition through water-cooled cooling coils.Tasting notes:Colour: crystal clear.
