Grappa made from a single grape variety known throughout the world.
The Verduzzo marc is obtained directly and freshly after the harvest from selected suppliers. Its alcoholic fermentation takes place directly in the silo after separation from the must.
At this crucial stage, it is very important to preserve it with a careful covering of the silage, so as to create a favourable climate for the yeasts responsible for fermentation. Distillation is carried out with direct steam in a discontinuous distillation flask with eight copper boilers.
The prudent section of the pre-run (testa) from the post-run (coda) can only be carried out by an experienced master distiller who has a thorough knowledge of the raw material, which evolves day by day during the conservation process.
