Secolo Barrique Millesimata is the result of a long fermentation period of over 18 months in precious and selected French barriques, followed by further ageing in stainless steel tanks. Only selected and fresh marc is used for distillation in the copper plant with eight stills. The full-bodied grappa first matures in barrique barrels and is then "refined" to an alcohol content of 60% to enhance the intense bouquet.Tasting notes:Colour: Bright amber.
