Fresh, selected marc is used for distillation. The suitable grappa is aged in wooden barrels for at least one year. This is followed by a maturation in stainless steel tanks for at least 6 months, during which the grappa can settle after such an important passage. The transformation to the final alcohol content (40°) is carried out by dilution with water and cold filtration, at a temperature where the aromatic component is guaranteed to be preserved.Tasting notes:Colour: Amber. Nose: Intense yet fine, fresh. Taste: Elegant, typical wooden barrel aromas. Finish: Long lasting, pleasant.
