The fresh, fermented marc from red and white grapes comes from selected suppliers. During the distillation process mainly the volatile ethyl alcohol is recovered. However, there are hundreds of other components that give this grappa, in minute quantities, its characteristic and unmistakable taste. These elements are selected, concentrated by the distillation column and then cooled as they pass through the water-cooled coils.Tasting notes:Colour: crystal clear. Nose: Intense yet fine, fresh.
