Every year Douglas Laing & Co Ltd. distillery brings a new Christmas Edition on the market. The bottling takes place without cold filtration and without additional colorants. The Big Peat Christmas Edition Islay Blended Malt 2022 contains malts only from Islay.The bottling is done with a natural cask strength of 54.2%. This Islay blended malt is a blend of malts distilled in Ardbeg, Bowmore, Caol Ila and Port Ellen. Tasting notes:Color: gold. Nose: Caramel, sea breeze, notes of smoke. Taste: Intense, sweet, smoky, earthy, marshmallow. Finish: Long lasting.
