These malts are neither cold-filtered nor coloured and are unique with their single cask bottlings. The Old Particular Aultmore Single Cask 14 Years Old is matured for 14 years in re-fill hogshead and bottled at cask strength. Distilled: July 2006 Bottled: October 2020 Limited to 365 bottles worldwide.Tasting notes:Colour: Dark gold. Nose: Caramel apples, Christmas pudding, cream with dried fruits. Taste: Glazed nuts, warm pecan pie, vanilla cream, citrus, white pepper. Finish: Long lasting, toasted oak, barley, fruits, spices.
