Douglas Laing's Old Particular range consists of individually selected malt and grain whiskies from all over Scotland, produced to the highest quality standards. These whiskies are neither cold-filtered nor coloured and are unique with their single cask bottlings. The Old Particular Craigellachie Single Cask 12 Years Old matures for 12 years in the Refill Hogshead DL13066. Distilled: January 2007 Bottled: February 2019 Limited to 351 bottles worldwide. Tasting notes:Colour: Straw yellow. Nose: Juicy barley, strawberry cream, red apples, caramel sauce. Taste: Nutty, full-bodied, butterscotch, tangerines. Finish: Long lasting, red apples, spices, toasted oak.
