Douglas Laing's Old Particular range consists of individually selected malts from all over Scotland, produced to the highest quality standards. These malts are neither cold-filtered nor provided with colour additives and are unique with their Single Cask bottlings. The Mannochmore Old Particular Single Cask 12 Years Old matures for 12 years in the Refill Hogshead. Distilled: September 2008 Bottled: March 2021 Limited to 339 bottles. Tasting notes:Colour: Light amber. Nose: Spicy, notes of nuts, croissants, butter. Taste: Rich, spicy, notes of green apples, pears, honey. Finish: Long lasting, nuts, cinnamon, orange peel.
