In the southern Highlands lies the small distillery Edradour. The Edradour 21 Years Old Oloroso Cask Finish was distilled in December 1995 and then matured in ex-Bourbon Hogsheads. In February 2005 the whisky was transferred to First-Fill Oloroso Sherry Butts and matured there for another 12 years. Distilled: 1995 Bottled: 2017 Limited to 2,027 bottles worldwide!Tasting notes:Colour: dark mahogany. Nose: fruity, nuts, raisins, hints of chocolate.
