The El Dorado Rare Collection contains a limited selection of rare and precious rums aged in the historic stills and in former Bourbon barrels.
"EHP" is an abbreviation for Enmore Estate as well as Edward Henry Porter, who founded the distillery with its Wooden-Continuous-Coffey stills around 1800.

The ENMORE Demerara Rum 1996 is distilled in Wooden Continuous Coffey Still and matures for 21 years in ex-Bourbon barrels.
