The winery Emil Bauer & Söhne has been in existence since 1920 and is located in the town of Nussdorf in Germany. There are 35 hectares cultivated by the family. The years of experience in winemaking make these wines a taste experience. The provocative label design is an eye-catcher at any party and makes a statement. With the design "No Sex, Drugs & Rock'n Roll just Riesling for me, thanks" the Riesling became famous. Tasting notes:Bright straw yellow with green reflections in the glass. In the nose fruity and invigorating after mango, apples and peach. At the palate refreshing, after citrus fruits and apricots with a mineral rounding. Long lasting with intensive fruit flavours in the finish. Grape variety: Riesling. Soil: Loess, loam. Vinification: 2/3 in stainless steel tanks, 1/3 in large wooden barrels. Residual sugar: 8,4 g/l. Acidity: 7,4 g/l. Drinking temperature: 8-10 °C. Closure: screw cap. This wine goes very well with seafood and veal.
