The Black Forest distillery Bimmerle launches two Evermann whiskies. These are made by the master blender Werner Benz. The Evermann whiskies are made by 2 characters, Theo and Wilhelm Evermann. The whiskies differ in taste and blend, but have the same base. The Evermann Wilhelm Black Forest Single Malt Whisky is made from 100% barley. It is stored in seven different barrels: American Oak, Acacia, Oak, Bourbon, Sweet Wine, Sherry Oloroso and Chestnut casks. Tasting notes:Color: Light amber. Nose: Fruity, notes of candied fruit, fruit bread, nuts, smoke, wood, brioche. Taste: Dried fruit, honey, caramel, notes of wood, nougat. Finish: Long lasting.
