This Fettercairn is the second bottling of the 16 year old Fettercairn. It matures in First Fill Oloroso, Refill Oloroso and First Fill Aged Palo Cortado Sherry Butts. The 2021 edition marries casks in which sherry matures with casks which are finished with sherry. The ring on the neck of the bottle, as well as the grooves of the bottle, reflect the exceptionality of the distillery with external cooling. Even today, the white unicorn is the trademark of the Fettercairn distillery. Bottled: 2021 Tasting notes:Color: Gold. Nose: Complex, fruity, notes of mangoes, citrus, raisins, walnuts. Taste: Rich, fresh, fruity, mangoes, nuts. Finish: Long lasting.
