This malt consists of 100% Icelandic barley and matures in ex-Flóki-Young Malt barrels.

Tasting notes:

Colour: Amber.
Nose: notes of oak wood, spices, lemon peel, oat biscuits, hints of vanilla.
Taste: Ripe plums, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, roasted barley, heather, honey.
Finish: Long lasting, intense spices, dried fruit, bittersweet malt.
